Brokerage access to securities markets
Broker Asia Capital executes client orders on the equity, derivatives and FX markets. Transparent fees, full disclosure and dedicated manager support.

How a broker works
A private investor cannot trade on the exchange directly: only professional participants licensed by the Bank of Russia may execute trades on organised markets. A broker is the intermediary that gives you that access. You open a brokerage account, and the company buys and sells securities, currency and derivatives on organised trading on your behalf and at your expense, acting on your orders. Client assets are held separately from the broker's own funds, you receive trade reports, and the company calculates and withholds income tax on your behalf as a tax agent.
Order execution
We buy and sell shares, bonds, futures, options and currency on the equity, derivatives and FX markets, acting on your orders.
Tax agency services
We calculate and withhold personal income tax on your transactions as your tax agent. Statements and documents for the tax authorities are available on request.
Working with issuers
We help companies raise financing: agency services for share and bond issues, and acting as a bond holders' representative.
Opening an account: four steps
